Menghai liegt im s\u00fcdwestlichen Teil der Provinz Yunnan in China und ist bekannt f\u00fcr sein reiches Teeerbe und die perfekten Bedingungen f\u00fcr den Anbau und die Herstellung von Pu-Erh. Dieser dunkle, fermentierte Tee wird von Teetrinkern gesch\u00e4tzt, die Tiefe, Komplexit\u00e4t und ein anspruchsvolles Geschmackserlebnis suchen. Durch einen kontrollierten Fermentationsprozess entwickeln sich die Teebl\u00e4tter zu einer reichhaltigen, fast cremigen Textur mit Noten von Erde, dunkler Schokolade und Holz.
