V\u00e5rt hojicha g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 ett ekologiskt bancha som rostats varsamt. Teet har l\u00e5g koffein-halt och passar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r extra bra som kv\u00e4lls-te, men dricks f\u00f6rst\u00e5s med f\u00f6rdel \u00e4ven andra tider p\u00e5 dygnet. Vi har smaksatt v\u00e5r Hojicha med ekologisk pepparmynta.
