Sheng Pu-Erh aus dieser Region ist aufgrund seiner Qualit\u00e4t und Komplexit\u00e4t sehr begehrt. Sheng Pu-Erh, oft auch \u201eroher\u201c Pu-Erh genannt, durchl\u00e4uft einen nat\u00fcrlichen Oxidationsprozess, der mehrere Jahre dauert. Anders als reifer (Shou) Pu-Erh wird Sheng langsam fermentiert und kann mit der Zeit reifen. Wenn dies geschieht, entwickelt der Tee sein unverwechselbares Geschmacksprofil, oft mit einem Hauch von Blumen, Fr\u00fcchten und subtilen Rauchnoten. Die Teepflanzen in Feng Qing, viele davon Hunderte von Jahren alt, spielen eine entscheidende Rolle f\u00fcr den Charakter des Tees. Die tiefen Wurzeln dieser alten Pflanzen nehmen N\u00e4hrstoffe aus den mineralreichen Schichten des Bodens auf, was zum Geschmack und zur Qualit\u00e4t des Tees beitr\u00e4gt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden die Tees in gro\u00dfen H\u00f6hen angebaut, wo sie vom sauberen Wasser und der k\u00fchlen Luft profitieren, was zu einem klaren und frischen Geschmack f\u00fchrt.
