Er ist reich an Aminos\u00e4uren und verleiht ihm einen angenehm vollen und reichhaltigen Geschmack mit einer sch\u00f6nen S\u00fc\u00dfe und einer zarten Blumigkeit.<br \/>\nTrotz seines gr\u00fcnen Aussehens ist Baohong ein Oolong, der sowohl verdorrt als auch leicht oxidiert ist. Unter den Oolongs ist Baozhong einer der am wenigsten oxidierten.
