Rooibos wird von Hand aus wild wachsenden Str\u00e4uchern geerntet, was heutzutage ungew\u00f6hnlich ist, da der Gro\u00dfteil des verkauften Rooibos kommerziell angebaut wird. Die Kooperative, mit der wir zusammenarbeiten, hat sowohl kultivierten als auch wilden Rooibos, und wir haben uns f\u00fcr den wilden Rooibos entschieden, weil er eine v\u00f6llig andere Geschmackstiefe und -l\u00e4nge aufweist. Genau wie Tee enth\u00e4lt Rooibos eine betr\u00e4chtliche Dosis an Antioxidantien, enth\u00e4lt aber im Gegensatz zu Tee \u00fcberhaupt kein Koffein, was ihn ideal als Abendtee macht.
