Shui Xian hat einen gro\u00dfen K\u00f6rper mit einem leichten Blumenton und feiner Tiefe. Dieser schwarze Tee hat einen vollen K\u00f6rper mit Noten von Zitrusfr\u00fcchten und Holz und einem blumigen Abgang. Dieser Tee wurde einer langsamen Holzkohler\u00f6stung mit Longan-Holzkohle unterzogen, die etwa zwei Wochen dauert. Dadurch entsteht ein tieferer und vollerer K\u00f6rper und das Aroma bleibt lange erhalten, sodass es sich perfekt f\u00fcr die Langzeitlagerung eignet. Der preisgekr\u00f6nte Landwirt, Herr Chang, besteht auf eine nat\u00fcrliche Landwirtschaft und den Verzicht auf den Einsatz von Pestiziden. Sie k\u00fcmmern sich um das J\u00e4ten, Ernten und Verarbeiten von Hand. Herr.
