Dieser Tee ist nicht nur eine Ikone in der Welt des Oolong-Tees, sondern wurde auch in anderen Teilen Taiwans und in China h\u00e4ufig kopiert. Authentischer Bai Hao wird im Mai und Juni geerntet, nachdem die Teebl\u00e4tter vom Zwergk\u00e4fer befallen wurden <em>Jacobiaca formosana Paoli<\/em>, ein kleines Insekt, dessen Biss eine Reaktion in den Bl\u00e4ttern ausl\u00f6st und dem Tee seine charakteristischen Moschusnoten verleiht. Es ist dieser nat\u00fcrliche Prozess, der Bai Hao zu etwas wirklich Einzigartigem macht.<\/p>\n<p>Die wundersch\u00f6nen Teebl\u00e4tter, die einen beachtlichen Anteil an wei\u00dfen Knospen enthalten, sind eine Augenweide und sorgen f\u00fcr einen fein abgestimmten Aufguss. Der Geschmack ist vielf\u00e4ltig, mit Ankl\u00e4ngen von Honig, einem Hauch dunkler Fr\u00fcchte und einer dezenten W\u00fcrze. Der sanfte, runde Geschmack entwickelt sich harmonisch und h\u00e4lt lange an, so dass der Tee zu einem Erlebnis wird, das noch lange nach dem Leeren der Tasse anh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Tee wird auf den hochgelegenen, landschaftlich reizvollen Plantagen von Hsin-Chu mit dem Anbauer Qingxin Dapa angebaut, der auf eine lange Tradition in der Oolong-Tee-Produktion zur\u00fcckblicken kann.
