Unsere Perlen werden aus besonders jungen und feinen Bl\u00e4ttern hergestellt, was ihnen sowohl eine kleinere Gr\u00f6\u00dfe als auch ein weiches, rundes Geschmacksprofil mit elegant ausgewogenen Jasminnuancen verleiht. Im zeitigen Fr\u00fchjahr werden die Bl\u00e4tter sorgf\u00e4ltig von Hand gepfl\u00fcckt und die schonende Ernte besteht gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus den begehrten silbernen Knospen, die mit feinem Flaum bedeckt sind. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Bl\u00e4tter vorsichtig von Hand gerollt und ruhen gelassen, bis die Jasminbl\u00fcten zu bl\u00fchen beginnen. Anschlie\u00dfend beginnt ein aufwendiger Beduftungsprozess, bei dem der Tee sorgf\u00e4ltig mit frisch gepfl\u00fcckten Jasminbl\u00fcten vermischt wird.
