Der Tee wurde nach dem Dong-Ding-Stil verarbeitet, mit einem etwas h\u00f6heren Oxidationsgrad als \u00fcblich - speziell entwickelt f\u00fcr die Fr\u00fchjahrs-Lugu-Teeverkostung. Der h\u00f6here Oxidationsgrad verleiht dem Tee fruchtige Noten von Pfirsich und Aprikose. F\u00fcr ein reineres Geschmacksprofil wurde der Tee auch enttr\u00e4nkt.<br \/>\nDie R\u00f6stung erfolgt in zwei Stufen: zun\u00e4chst mit einem elektrischen R\u00f6ster, um die Aromen zu stabilisieren, dann mit einer traditionellen mehrschichtigen Holzkohlenr\u00f6stung. Jeder R\u00f6stvorgang dauert etwa 8 Stunden und erfordert ein sorgf\u00e4ltiges Wenden der Teebl\u00e4tter alle 20-40 Minuten.
