Description

The origin of this tea is Japanese. Himalayan Shiiba is made from shrubs imported from Japan and planted on the farm Jun Chiyabari in Nepal.
A nice taste of asparagus goes hand in hand with light citrus and a light floweriness. The finish is exceptionally long and clean. The tea has been made in an old style, which means that the leaves have been allowed to wither for a slightly longer time before production begins. This gives rise to new aromas and flavors that require a slightly higher temperature during infusion to be released. We therefore recommend a temperature of 80-85 degrees for infusion.
