This Long Jing (Lung Ching) is a green tea from Hangzhou Prefecture in Zhejiang. The tea, which is hand-picked in early spring, has a fresh greenery with hints of uplifting citrus and a soft nuttiness. Long Jing is China's most famous green tea and one of the world's foremost green teas.
