Master Zhou's Shu Puer from Feng Qing in Yunnan consists of tea leaves from centuries-old tea trees. Feng Qing is a region with a long history of tea production. Among the mist-shrouded mountains and fertile valleys grow some of China's most prestigious tea trees. The mineral-rich soils and unique combination of climatic conditions give Feng Qing tea leaves a distinctive character. This area is known for its ancient tea plants, which can be hundreds of years old, and the deep roots of these plants give the tea leaves a particular complexity and richness. Shu Pu-erh from Feng Qing is characterised by its rich and deep flavour profile. This tea has an earthy, almost woody character with subtle notes of dark fruit, cocoa and a slight sweetness. The long fermentation process helps to give the tea a round and soft texture. Each brew reveals new layers of flavour and aroma.<\/p>\n
