It is rich in amino acids, giving a satisfyingly full-bodied and rich flavour with a fine sweetness and a delicate floral quality.<br \/>\nDespite its green appearance, baohong is an oolong that has undergone both wilting and light oxidation. Among oolongs, baohong is one of the least oxidised.
