The tea leaves are hand-picked from tea bushes grown at high altitude in inner Anxi, in a pure and incredibly beautiful and pristine environment and the tea is made with great craftsmanship. Tie Guanyin has two good harvests and we have chosen to offer the highly sought-after autumn harvest of this tea. In the cup, Tie Guanyin Charcoal Roasted exhibits a rounded butteriness that harmonises nicely with rich greenery and light acidic notes. The aftertaste is long, smooth and clear with light and warm roasted notes.The tea farm practises sustainable agriculture and uses neither pesticides nor artificial fertilisers.<\/p>\n<p>Other names: Iron Goddess of Mercy, Ti Kuan Yin, Tie Guan Yin.
