Notre Earl Grey Four Seasons est un m\u00e9lange soigneusement compos\u00e9. Ce m\u00e9lange unique utilise des th\u00e9s riches de haute altitude provenant du Yunnan, du N\u00e9pal et du Darjeeling, qui apportent chacun leurs caract\u00e9ristiques et leurs saveurs distinctes. Le th\u00e9 de Darjeeling est un premier cru frais qui apporte une base claire et vivante qui \u00e9quilibre les autres th\u00e9s de ce m\u00e9lange exquis. Ce type de th\u00e9, r\u00e9colt\u00e9 t\u00f4t dans la saison, a un caract\u00e8re l\u00e9ger et floral qui met vraiment en valeur les saveurs subtiles du th\u00e9. En contraste, les autres th\u00e9s, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s parmi les r\u00e9coltes d'\u00e9t\u00e9, d'automne et d'hiver, apportent leurs propres nuances uniques. Ces th\u00e9s cors\u00e9s ont un profil gustatif plus profond et plus robuste qui compl\u00e8te la note plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re du Darjeeling, cr\u00e9ant une exp\u00e9rience gustative harmonieuse et bien d\u00e9finie. Dans notre souci de pr\u00e9server la qualit\u00e9 et l'authenticit\u00e9, nous n'utilisons aucun ar\u00f4me synth\u00e9tique, mais nous nous appuyons plut\u00f4t sur des ingr\u00e9dients naturels et des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles pour introduire les notes d'agrumes de la bergamote.
