Le rooibos est r\u00e9colt\u00e9 \u00e0 la main sur des arbustes sauvages, ce qui est inhabituel aujourd'hui o\u00f9 la plupart des rooibos vendus sont cultiv\u00e9s commercialement. La coop\u00e9rative avec laquelle nous travaillons poss\u00e8de \u00e0 la fois du rooibos cultiv\u00e9 et du rooibos sauvage, et nous avons choisi le rooibos sauvage parce qu'il a une profondeur et une longueur de go\u00fbt tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rentes. Le rooibos, comme le th\u00e9, contient une dose importante d'antioxydants, mais contrairement au th\u00e9, il ne contient pas du tout de caf\u00e9ine, ce qui en fait un excellent th\u00e9 du soir.
