Les feuilles de th\u00e9 sont cueillies \u00e0 la main sur des th\u00e9iers cultiv\u00e9s \u00e0 haute altitude \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'Anxi, dans un environnement pur et incroyablement beau et immacul\u00e9, et le th\u00e9 est fabriqu\u00e9 avec un grand savoir-faire. Tie Guanyin a deux bonnes r\u00e9coltes et nous avons choisi d'offrir la tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9e r\u00e9colte d'automne de ce th\u00e9. Dans la tasse, le Tie Guanyin Charcoal Roasted pr\u00e9sente un go\u00fbt de beurre rond qui s'harmonise bien avec une riche verdure et de l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes acides. L'arri\u00e8re-go\u00fbt est long, doux et clair, avec des notes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es l\u00e9g\u00e8res et chaudes.
