La ferme, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 une altitude d&#039;environ 1500 m\u00e8tres dans la partie nord-ouest de la pittoresque vall\u00e9e de Kurseong, profite des conditions climatiques uniques de la r\u00e9gion. Il s\u2019agit notamment de temp\u00e9ratures fra\u00eeches, de pr\u00e9cipitations abondantes et de brouillards r\u00e9currents, tous essentiels au d\u00e9veloppement des ar\u00f4mes caract\u00e9ristiques de Darjeeling. Cette partie sp\u00e9cifique de la vall\u00e9e de Kurseong est bien connue pour son terroir b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, qui conf\u00e8re aux th\u00e9s de Singell leur qualit\u00e9 distincte. En plus de sa longue histoire, Singell est \u00e9galement connue pour son stock pr\u00e9cieux et ancien de th\u00e9iers, principalement de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 traditionnelle chinoise Camellia sinensis sinensis.
