Chardwar Assam is a classic, organic black tea from the renowned Chardwar estate in the Assam region of India. Located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River, the farm offers an optimal climate for tea cultivation, with humid conditions and fertile soils that promote the development of rich flavours and aromas. This Assam tea is full-bodied and malty, typical of high-quality teas from the region, but it also has subtle hints of florality that add an extra dimension to the flavour experience. The tea is brewed to a beautiful amber infusion with a fine lustre, making it visually appealing in the cup.
