Our close relationship with the Jun Chiyabari tea estate gives us a unique opportunity to select from their finest and most exclusive teas, which are produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The farm is renowned for its carefully selected teas, which are produced in limited quantities, making each harvest something special. The autumn harvests from Jun Chiyabari are particularly sought after and considered among the best, as they carry a rich flavour and complexity that is hard to find in other teas.
One of these rare harvests is Himalayan Bouquet, a semi-oxidised tea that impresses with its exquisite flavour profile. The tea offers a harmonious balance of subtle floral and fruity notes, and the finish is long, clean and very elegant, leaving a soft and pleasant aftertaste that lingers long on the tongue.
Himalayan Bouquet is also visually appealing, with a large amount of buds giving the tea an extra softness and delicacy. The evenly sized and plump leaves are very beautiful, reflecting the care and skill that goes into each harvest. These beautiful leaves contribute not only to the appearance of the tea but also to the complex flavour that makes each cup a delight. Jun Chiyabari is known for its sustainable and organic farming, where they carefully preserve the natural balance of their ecosystem and grow their teas without pesticides or artificial fertilisers.
