Exceptional quality jasmine pearls are significantly different from the usual forms of jasmine tea. Our beads are created from particularly young and fine leaves, giving them both a smaller size and a soft, round flavour profile with elegantly balanced shades of jasmine. In early spring, the leaves are carefully hand-picked, and the gentle harvest consists largely of the desirable silvery buds covered in fine scales. The leaves are then gently rolled by hand and left to rest until the jasmine flowers begin to bloom. Then a sophisticated scenting process begins, where the tea is gently mixed with freshly picked jasmine flowers. This step is repeated seven times with new flowers for each round, resulting in a tea with an enchanting and authentic jasmine aroma, which can also be enjoyed over several infusions.
