Duck Shit Phoenix Oolong

Description

The Phoenix Mountains in northern Guangdong are home to some of the world's most unusual and exclusive teas which have a long history dating back to the Song Dynasty. Scattered along the alternating sunny and dimly wrapped slopes, cliffs and slopes grow young and old tea bushes and tea trees that give rise to teas with unique aroma and taste profiles. There are a large number of cultivars in the area and the categorization of the teas is done both on cultivars, fragrance type and sometimes on mother trees. This means that different cultivars can be used to produce a tea that belongs to a fragrance type. Duck Shit Phoenix Oolong has been handled with great care to highlight elegant fruity and floral tones, a soft honey sweetness and a long, aromatic aftertaste that lingers in the mouth and throat.
