Our Keemun Spring Fragrance, whose leaves are hand-picked during the early spring harvest, exemplifies this multifaceted flavour tradition. Careful processing allows the leaves to develop a deep, round and well-balanced flavour, where notes of citrus, fine chocolate, and precious wood emerge in a harmonious way. The light florality and mineral-rich nuance of the flavour testify to the importance of the terroir in Keemun's character, and the finish is both long and clean, giving a rich and refined aftertaste.

Keemun Spring Fragrance lämpar sig väl för flera infusioner. Den andra bryggningen hålls med fördel kort, då bladen redan har börjat öppna sig och frigöra sina aromer. De följande infusionerna får däremot gärna vila något längre, så att smakerna fördjupas och nyanserna träder fram. För många teer räcker två till tre infusioner med ovan nämnda parametrar, men vissa fortsätter att ge, kopp efter kopp.
