Chai Wild Rooibos combines the classic spiciness of Indian chai with the mellow and naturally sweet character of South African rooibos. The result is a full-bodied and aromatic drink in which warming spices meet the rounded and smooth flavour of rooibos.
Our chai contains the same carefully selected spices as our classic black tea chai. Cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, pink pepper and black pepper combine to create a rich and well-balanced spice profile with both warmth and depth. Rooibos adds a natural sweetness that harmonises beautifully with the spices and gives it a smoother character than traditional chai.
As rooibos is naturally caffeine-free, Chai Wild Rooibos is just as suitable in the evening as it is during the day. It can be enjoyed on its own or served with milk or plant-based alternatives for a creamier and more traditional chai experience.

Wild Rooibos is well suited to multiple infusions. The second infusion should ideally be kept short, as the leaves have already begun to open and release their aromas.
