Singell Himalayan Reserve

Singell is one of the oldest tea estates in Darjeeling and is situated at an altitude of about 1500 metres in the north-western part of the beautiful Kurseong Valley in Darjeeling. Singell is known for its old stand of tea bushes.
The farm's teas are known for their classic flavour profile. This tea is from part of the farm that still has tea bushes from the 19th century. The infusion is clear and lively with a complex aroma. Herbal and floral notes harmonise in this refreshing tea.

S ingell Himalayan Reserve kan med fördel låtas dra flera gånger. Den andra infusionen kan hållas kort, eftersom bladen redan har börjat ge ifrån sig sin smak. De efterföljande infusionerna får däremot längre tid på sig att utveckla sina egna subtila nyanser och karaktärsdrag.
