Long Jing Reserve

This Long Jing (Lung Ching) is a green tea from Hangzhou Prefecture in Zhejiang. Hand-picked in early spring, the tea has a fresh greenness with notes of uplifting citrus and a soft nuttiness. Long Jing is China's most famous green tea and one of the world's top green teas.
Tegården practises sustainable agriculture and uses neither pesticides nor artificial fertilisers.

Temperature 70-80°C

Infusion 2-3 minutes

L The Jing Reserve is well suited to multiple infusions. The second infusion should ideally be kept brief, as the leaves have already begun to unfurl and release their aromas.
