Hehuan Shan 2200 m Charcoal Roasted

Description

This oolong tea is from Mount He Huan (合歡 山) and is harvested at an altitude of 2200m. The place is surrounded by forests has a lot of sunlight in the morning and fog in the afternoon. In winter, the mountain is covered with snow. The farm does not use artificial fertilisers and pesticides. The tea is hand-picked and processed by experienced tea masters. The tea has been given a final roast which gives the tea light warm caramelised notes with hints of fruitiness.
