Matcha is a stone-ground green tea made on tench leaves that, like Gyokuro, is shaded some time before harvest. Today, ground sencha is often sold under the name matcha, but real matcha is only made from tench leaves. Our Organic Matcha is an organic matcha made on tench leaves and has a full and soft taste with well-balanced umami and rich greenery.
Preparation Usucha
- 2 grams of matcha in a matcha bowl
- 60-100 ml of water
- 70-80 c
- Whisk until foam appears on the surface
