Guan Yin Red Robe is a more oxidised and roasted oolong from Anxi in China. Unlike the other oolongs of the Anxi tradition which are rolled into bunches, this tea exhibits long narrow twisted leaves. The flavour is satisfyingly rich and deep with a fieriness from a skilfully executed roast made in several batches.
