Description

Himalayan Evergreen is an example of a micro-production made from an exquisite first flush. Jun Chiyabari Tea Farm is located in the same terroir (area) as Darjeeling and is located at the height of the tallest farms in Darjeeling. Himalayan Evergreen is a tea with a certain herbaceous floweriness, citrus tones and a long, healthy and clear finish. The tea has a large element of buds and the evenly sized and full leaves are very beautiful.
