Baozhong is an aromatic and buttery oolong from Wenshan in Taiwan It is rich in amino acids which gives a satisfying full and rich taste with a nice sweetness and a delicate florality.
Despite its green appearance, baohong is an oolong that has undergone both withering and a slight oxidation. Among oolong, baozhong is one of the least oxidized. The tea is grown completely without pesticides and fertilizers.
