Baozhong is an aromatic and buttery oolong from Wenshan in Taiwan. It is rich in amino acids, giving a satisfyingly full-bodied and rich flavour with a fine sweetness and a delicate floral quality.
Despite its green appearance, baohong is an oolong that has undergone both wilting and light oxidation. Among oolongs, baohong is one of the least oxidised. The tea is grown entirely without pesticides and artificial fertilisers.

Enshan Baozhong is well suited to multiple infusions. The second infusion should ideally be kept brief, as the leaves have already begun to unfurl and release their aromas.

Gradually increase the steeping time as you go along. Oolong teas and pu-erh
