Chinese tea

China is the origin of tea. The first Chinese teas were grown here long before our era. The tea tradition is ancient, more than a millennium ago Chinese tea was a sublime, gastronomic fine culture. Here we find an enormous wealth of all conceivable types of tea. Huge and varied areas of mountain ranges offer perfect environments for tea cultivation. The creativity and knowledge among tea makers have for a long time driven the evolution of all the types of tea we know today – everything from green to oolong, white, yellow, aged puerh, and even the black ones that are mostly exported.  Read more
