Tian Mu Qing Ding is a green tea from Zhejiang Province in China. The tea is harvested in early spring from farms located on the Tian Mu mountain. This famous tea is only produced on one farm in China and we at In the Mood for Tea are proud to have the agency in Sweden for all the farm's teas. The olive green tea leaves give an infusion with a light and clear flavour of greenery with notes of asparagus, sugar peas and citrus. Tegården practises sustainable agriculture and uses neither pesticides nor artificial fertilisers.
